Got the idea from the explain your avatar thread...
Mine basically came from the fact that my father has managed to mold me into a living 5-0 detector while we drive.
Just curious as to why some of you picked what you did...

Just before I got my S, I saw the public flying debut of the FA22 Raptor, the next generation stealth and air superiority fighter. With thtust vectoring (variable pitch turbine exhaust nozzles), it can turn on a dime. I'm a former F4c Phantom pilot. My black S instantly became The Raptor. When I joined this board, I became The Raptor, so I was named after my car.
