Default Please help with some GT3 questions!

3. What are the two 'real world' racetracks that feature in Gran Turismo 3 A Spec?

Laguna Seca and ???

4. Name the following cars:

It's a Tickford XR8, then dunno, then Jaguar XJS???

Thanks!!!

It's for an Oz comp where I can win a PS2 + GT3 + steering wheel!!!

Can't help with the first two, but the one on the right is a Jaguar XK8, or possibly XKR which is the supercharged version.

The streets in Seattle are real, and the Tokyo R246 and Rome tracks are pretty accurate as well.

Hey, did you get a chance to run those courses? If so that's pretty cool. Have you run Leguna Seca? How accurate is the game relative to the real course?

But as far as I know, none of those have been used as a racecourse (please correct me if I'm wrong).

The Seattle streets are pretty accurate, although the Kingdome is gone now. They did a nice job with Safeco Field. That Seattle Lighting store is really there. You also get a nice view of our jail.

Laguna Seca looks quite accurate; I've been there, but not driven it. I read about them going there and surveying. I plan to get in a few thousand laps practice before S2KDays '02 Monterey.

Cote d'azure is the other real racecourse, and from what I've seen on SpeedVision, it looks realistic as well.

Very accurate. One day I was watching a race on TV and I've never seen Laguna Seca on TV or in real life but I instantly recognized it cuz I played GT2 so much. I didn't even see the corkscrew part of the track on TV.

I hate the Cote d'azure course deeply ... Damn the corners eat the tyres away like anything and the race line you have to follow to get a decent distance away from your competitors in the professional arena on 20 laps.
