Nope! For those of you who didn't see the other thread, I was in the finals for a local karaoke competition in Sarasota FL. The winner got a cruise for 2 to Cozumel.

The final was only supposed to be 5 people and the undersexed DJ felt bad for the cute girl that didn't win last week when I won, which was the last week before the finals. So he gave her a spot in the finals maybe hoping she'd screw him for doing that? IDK?

Anyway, myself and several of my friends have blackberrys and we were shotgunning text messages, 10 at a time, resend after resend. As well as friends with iphones pasting and sending repeatedly. We had about 15 people there on my side and that girl had only 3 other people with her. She managed to have 3,000 more votes than me. It was totally rigged, the DJ let her know last week what spot she would be for the finals. The number doesn't change, you just don't know what spot you'll be.

Well, whatever. It would have been nice to win but it's ok. We're going to have our hands full in 10 days so I don't even know when we'd use that cruise!!
