I am curious. The Miata board seemed to think that we're a bunch of Honda junkies and wouldn't buy anything else.

Guilty. I love Hondas, owned one Mazda - 84 RX7 for 7 years and loved it - but I converted to Honda/Acura then. I made one mistake and bought the wife a Plymouth van - had to live with it for 6 years, then got the Oddyssey when it was reconfigured.

If I was going to spend more money on a car, I'd move to BMW M3.
