Default That poor girl!

Yesterday's shooting at LAX resulted in the death of two people, one being a 25-year old girl

Another beauty extinguished before she could fully shine.

It's hard for me to really understand the hate that breeds insane acts like these. Thanks for posting the pix.

Is his death any less tragic because you don't consider him beautiful? Or because he had the opportunity to live a few years longer than she?

I applaud your post, but you stopped one victim short.

no, i feel sorry for the dude with 5 kids and one coming, but i felt it was more tragic that this girl didn't even have the chance to experience what could have been.

if you want to talk about victims, let's talk about the hapless wife and child of that murderer, i'm sure they're devastated. that kid will always bear that burden knowing his old man lost it and killed two people.

Too true.

This (the effect on the murderer's family) is another example that one's actions rarely (if ever) affect nobody else.

Rich-

Great post. My mother died a horrible, violent, and totally unexpected death and I'm haunted by it every day of my life. Someday (maybe) I'll tell you about it.

I think she had already started to fully shine! Stunning, and such a waste on both sides.

Still, we're just animals underneath and our brains are complex things that often goes in different directions.

there must be an underlying story that we don't know about.....
