Default Pop Ups!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry my computer is completely F*CKED with these now. I don't think I downloaded anything that would install them and destroy my comp. Anyone know a good program or was to get rid of all these? This is the reason why I love my Mac laptop more then this PC.

1) http://www.mozilla.org - Download Mozilla FireFox 0.8 and stop using Internet Explorer. No more pop-ups, and it supports tabbed browsing.

2) Download software like ad-aware, to try and remove spy-ware on your computer.

download ad-aware and spybot. they're awesome.

also, the google toolbar blocks pop-ups. I'm happy with it.

I've always used Norton Internet Security. It has ad, pop-up, and spam blocking. I've never gotten a pop-up, and I don't even see 90% of the ads on websites, just blank windows where the ads go. I also run spy-bot every so often, but it never finds anything.
