Is it possible to have my cell phone play a midi?

I got a new Razar and would like to use a midi file I downloaded as a ringtone. Is it possible to do? I have no experience with this stuff.

Yea that,.. Like I said I know nothing about Cell Phones,.. Its a work/business phone.
