Thats definately a cyst. Can be cause by ingrown hairs or clogged pores in general. I had one in my "region" when I was like 18. Got to be the size of a golf ball. Hurt like HELL and it was right where the button on your pants would be. A couple weeks later - same result as video - as well as a dime size scar for life. Great stuff.

the worm is actually a fly - the bot fly. these things are gross as hell.
the bite you, plant there eggs in your skin, which come up as pimples, your pop them, out comes the baby fly.
