interesting topic...I have one in hanging around in my yard and my cats go NUTS at night. He is harmless as far as I can tell.

A few years back a friend had one holed up in his garage and we both decided to lace up some leather boots put on some thick gloves and physically move Mr Possum. Well, when we did find HER with her babies, she hissed and showed her teeth. We were so freaked we took off running only to leave her be until Animal Ctrl could show up later that week.

Haha...See? I'm not the only one freaked out looking at those freaky things. Did animal control cost anything?

I have a great possum trap. It is really big but quite portable, in fact, I can get inside it and drive it around if I want to relocate it. It even has a radio. If I can't catch any possums I can always use it to run over them. It is the Cadillac of possum traps... literally. I call it "my car".

And you thought you had a possum problem...

It's just a few months old, not even half grown. Still got some damned big teeth though.

My vets office aways ends up hand raising 3 or 4 every year and they keep them as pets. They rarely seem to live more than a year and after you get over the looks it's really funny to walk around holding them. People freak out when they see it.

Yeah, it's a damned odd thing to keep as a pet.

Is this the name of the trap? If so, where can I buy one? I will need one tomorrow. Thank you!

I called the pest controllers, but too expensive, so I'm going to trap them myself and drive them to a far far away place and let them roam in the jungle.
C'mon I give you a link to the company in my first post, a picture of what the trap looks like,...and that wasn't enough of a start for you to click once on that site to see the link to the "Where Can I Buy?" ??? I'm sure it was just overlooked, but sometimes I'm sorry I take the time to help folks on this board

Here...below...directly below...is the direct link to Havahart's recommended retailers --- that will address aaaaaaaaaall the retail vendors you can seek for assistance in purchasing a trap:

Where Can I Buy???

Hey Wingman

Maybe he doesn't want to look. Maybe he has a possum fetish!!

all I know is if he doesn't hurry up, he's going to have lots of possums. They're prolific.
