Right-Click on the taskbar, select "toolbars" and choose "address"

I was going to add my desktop photo but whenever I click on the start button to access my photo album I get an error message: A RUNTIME ERROR HAS OCCURRED. DO YOU WISH TO DEBUG? Is there a problem with the start button. I get this error message whenever I touch any of the buttons on the home page with my mouse pointer??? Any help would be appreciated.
Marc

Yes matrix, I'm running pop-up killer and I sure was hoping it was the culpret. I tried what you suggested - no luck. I even disabled the pop-up killer and I'm still getting the error message.
