Basically, what the number signifies is your intelligence and perception (in general) compared to other people that share a background similar to yours.

100 is "average", so anyone below 100 knows less than what they should (going by the definition). Anyone over 100 knows more than what the average person in their situation knows. For instance, with an IQ of 130, you are 30% more knowledgeable or "intelligent" (or whatever) than the average person in your situation.

This test was pretty much completely bogus - a "real" IQ test is longer, more elaborate and expansive, and is timed as well. Most people can get questions right (more or less) given enough time - however, throw in time as a variable and things change substantially.
