Default Postcard Question

Quick question maybe someone here can help.

I'm going to have some postcards printed and I was wondering a couple of things.

Can I have both sides printed? Will the post office still accept it with the address clearly marked on one side, but still have pictures and what not?

Do I need special stamps if the postcard is going to be 4 page or half page?

thanks!

yes, you can have both sides printed, but the side with the stamp needs to conform to guidelines - i have a template, i'll see if i can dig it up for you. certain areas need to be blank.

also, there's a max size to be able to use the postcard stamp.

you using illustrator/photoshop, or something else to comp this out? i have the template saved as an .ai i believe.
