My thoughts and prayers for your wife's continued recovery. Do replace her riding helmet, if you haven't already, especially since her accident involved her head hitting the ground.

Already done, but I appreciate the advice, as well as the thoughts and prayers.
If you register your Troxel helmet then you can send it to them after an accident and they'll send a replacement; they like to study the damaged helmets to determine how they can improve them.
