That's cute and all, but that does not mean the in-game play will look like that.

GT3 had an impressive intro too. The game looked great, but it didn't match up to the opening video (which is pre-rendered).

 

 

It's getting closer!!!!!

 

Looks like very nicely rendered intro. When to do we see what the games gonna look like for real?

Hopefully they will have revamped/updated the physics engine too.

Not flaming GT1/2/3, just kinda voicing my hopes for the new game.

I'm not sure if you guys know but if you have a chipped PS2, you can already buy GT4 Prologue, which is a full functioning game, using the graphics and physics engine of the final GT4, but with a small number of cars and 5 tracks. Its only about $35. Consider it as a preview of whats to come.

 

I just picked up my copy at the post office... We should get some friendly Prologue competition going between Miami and Washington.

I'll try the game tonight for my first time and post some times on the tracks.
