Anyone managing an apartment building? Can someone recommend a software to help manage tenants, accounts, etc.? Thanks in advance!

What exactly do you want to do? Anything from Excel to Quicken is an option.

best products are AMSI and Yardi (both are full systems, all encompassing and can manage 1-1 million units, with unlimited sites)

If it's only one site with 1-250 units, you can probably but something off the shelf. Search internet for Multi-family housing software

My last job dealt with multifamily property financing exclusively. There's nothing better than Excel. All the other stuff is just fluff anyway.

No prob. And I'll be happy to answer questions regarding what lenders look for (when you need it). Good luck.
