I'm not a doc, and I don't play one on TV. The only danger I could see was if the baby was a boy and got major wood everytime he nursed.

About 1/2 years ago I was dating a woman and had no idea she'd had implants until the second time or so when we got to the "fondle" stage. In retrospect they were firm, but nothing I noticed until I felt the lower edge of her implant - and it did feel like an edge- until then I had no idea. The cosmetic guys do a good job of hiding the scars to the sides these days - so in answer to your question, and NOT due to my medical knowledge, in my limited experience they don't feel that different!

I hear it can depending on where it is placed/ under or over the breast tissue.
