my dog doesn't like baths at all, but he LOVES water. I think it's the confinement and having water put on him rather than him putting water on himself and everywhere else.

Well Yella, I'd say that your puppy is just cold. I know I wouldnt want to take a bath in 60-70* water!!! Give that puppy some 80-90* water and I'm sure he'd tollerate it more.

BTW, my Rott absolutely hates water. He wont stay in the tub, so a water hose is the best. I have to tie him up to do it, but he would rather wrap himself around and around then get wet. One time he almost chocked himself!! My shepard loves the water though

Yesterday, I fed him milk (good milk) and oh boy! did he get the runs? It was gross. No more milk for him.

Hey! 70 degrees is kinda warm, trust me, I know this because I have a fish tank and I have to set its temp very precisely. 70-75 is warm to the touch.

 

I set my fish tanks to 82*....better for Tropical fish
