If Gore wins the popular vote, but loses, that would add to the embarassment of not winning his home state. Wouldn't that suck if he won and had to celebrate in a state he lost?

I think we should have a referendum to remove Florida from the Union, then have a collective heave-ho of the whole freaking state and toss it right out into the Caribbean. First is was Elian, now this, I think that's enough out of them. We need to get Sondra, CoralDoc and all the other S2000 owners out of there first...then we boot 'em!

 

Don't know about Florida, but I'd like to bulldoze the media into the drink without lifejackets (figuratively speaking of course). I can't help but wonder what effect media incompetence and interference had when when they essentially called the election for Gore before the poles closed in much of the rest of the nation.

Nice thing about 9,000 rpm shifts - it's difficult to think about politics at the same time.
