I agree on a few things:

-Barkley can say some pretty stupid things and some pretty derogatory things

-Barkley can be extremely funny and witty (as shown in the original above quote)

-Barkley seems to get away with whatever he says

 

I think we need more people like Sir Charles
Although he says what's on his mind, the guy really is an upstanding person. I met him once when he came to the golf course I was working at. The guy is genuinely a nice guy.
