That thing moves way too much. Ever drive a car that raises 4 feet in the front? I didn't think so. Now I saw one that moved a little, with three huge screens, and cost about $85,000 that really looked great. Have to win the lottery first....

Im pretty sure that movement is to try to simulate the forces you feel when actually driving

This.

The fact that you can see the wall in front of the screen (i.e. frame of reference) would ruin it. Otherwise I'll bet it's consistent with the forces experienced while driving.

You can't tell from the video, but those cylinders are probably very loud.

If you got $85,000, why on earth would anyone spend that money to buy this machine instead of spending on a nice car with plenty left for mods and track times? Afterall, it's a damn simulator, and I doubt it's anywhere close to real world experiences. It's just one of those cool stuff you will prob never bother buying unless you got enough cash to wipe your ass.

^ I agree. If I had 85K to spend I wouldn't buy a simulator. But if I had 8.5 mill I'd have several cars, plus a simulator to have fun with in the middle of winter on a boring evening.
