98 M3 using the bread method to remove the pilot bearing. All the attachments for the puller I have were too big. Worked like a charm.

Plus you get that good bearing flavored bread afterward!

I have used the same method with grease and have seen it done with pieces of shop towels and grease.

I have seen it done with grease as well but never tried anything but the bread method.

98 M3 replacing all the bushing and pedals while replacing the clutch slave cylinder. Taking it all out was not fun but putting it all back in place was a pita!

Last camping for the season.

Supra stable enough to start work on shaving engine bay. My last go at this was 15 yrs ago on a older S2000 I had from my turbo days.
