Where in Cali is this? So much land, ala Texas. How much is this house valued in Cali?

 

6 years ago it was purchased for $565K,.. the same house is going for 1.2m these days but the market is slowing so I'd expect to see them sell for around 1m.

Hollister is 30 minutes east of Monterey/Santa Cruze 1.5 hours south of SF.
