Lunch is what I do best. (Off to lunch, not out to lunch, I hope.) Took my wife and an employee for Pho on Wednesday and the damn place was closed. Whoever heard of closed on Wednesday?

Pho is Vietnamese noodles and meat or seafood in a broth. It's really tasty. I've only had it once, so maybe some of our Asian friendas can elaborate.

Certain Vietnamese restaurants specialize in it. The one we went to last Friday had a whole menu page of different kinds of Pho. I imagine you can find this in your neck of the woods.
