I just had some chocolate milk to wash them down... 360 calories

840 fat and sugar laden calories total.... Diabetes here I come.....

 

Hostess and Little Debbie's FTW. However, I gotta stay away from them cause I'll put down a whole box in one sitting. They are deffinately a "Fat Boy Delight" as my father would say.

got a nutty bar in my drawer just begging to be eaten, and don't EVEN get me started on zebra cakes

 

Fudge rounds = hockey pucks of chocolate death. Definitely the way to go.

 

I"m so happy I don't have a sweet tooth. I've been tempted from time to time in the past to pick up those cakes and stuff in gas stations but a quick look at the nutritional content quickly kills that urge. The most sugar I see comes from booze and soda, but I usually drink diet when I'm consuming large amounts of alcohol to try and keep that down even.

I'm a carb and salt man, man.

 

little debbie swiss rolls can beat by the box of 12 for sure!

I am not overweight but I would definately get a better look if I could stop drinking Mt. Dew and eating shit like zingers...
