I swear I've seen another story about this same dude. Same car, dressed as batman, pulled over en route to childrens hospital... Same exact story, but a few months ago.

 

This guy is from MD, he actually got pulled over once in Howard County on Halloween and more recently again in Montgomery county for not having actual tags on the lambo (batman plate) He does volunteer work at children's hospitals so at least he isn't some weird rich douche lol. Heres a dash cam vid of him being pulled over...
