she actually looks and acts like she is off her meds... I have seen many people with different mental capacities go off meds and they all exhibit behavior similar to that
not having any teeth and the condition of her face points me to drug use (probably meth and/or ice) as a possible cuplrit for her mental state
sad to see and I hope the comments dont get too out of hand....that is def. not a LOL moment IMHO
