I actually heard this from a friend who took some bio related course, she actually told me that its a must happen that the woman loses all sensation as the surgeon has to "disconnect the wiring to the buttons" in order to the get the plastic in there.

I'd rather be backed with the knowledge only because if and when I am put in the situation, I would like to know that I am actually causing the effect that I am witnessing/hearing rather then watching a fake play.

nothing beats the feel of real.
first time i experienced fake i was like "oh god they look so perfect", boing!
and then when i actually felt them i was like "dear lord they feel like cartilage", wilt.

there's much more to it than looks. once you turn off the lights, your hands will be the judge.
