Kind of interesting for renters, you put in your address and your rent and it shows you what you're paying relative to olther rentals in the area...

Very interesting. I thought my old apartment was really expensive but it was just middle-of-the-road according to this site.

That's pretty cool.

Definitely helpful for people who are moving to areas where they aren't familiar with the market.

I wonder if it's just an average based on what people type in they are paying currently for the city/zip? Seems fairly accurate.
