Well first off, ill give you a little background info so I don't seem like a total a**hole. If you don't want to hear the backgroung story, skip to the second to last paragraph to see what I did.

For the past few months, my sister has been stealing clothes from my room(a few thousand dollars worth). I know for sure because a few times, she had miraculously "found" some laying around in her room, found my girls clothes in the her hamper in the laundry room, and to make sure i wasn't being paranoid, I went into her room and found sweaters hidden behind her closet (yes, I broke into her room). As I was in there, I noticed she had he exact same bath products we did( really wierd, since they r only sold at trader joes).

Well, another incident that occured was when my girl and I were discussing a replacement phone. After the ETA had passed, we called the phone company and they said that it should have arrived. We did not recieve it, and after numerous phone calls and complaints, they decided to send us another phone a few weeks later. A few days after the phone had arrived, my sister coincidentally traded her old phone for a brand new phonefrom her friend, the exact same model as the one we recieved. While I have no proof, I know it was her because, this isn't a popular phone, and for the price range, you can get way sweeter ones.

i'll state only one more incident because I don't want this post to be too long. First off, had she not have been a shady little lying thief ( i confronted her about it and she lied straight to my face that she never took anything, even after we had bonded from a 4 week trip to vietnam and singapore), I would have no problem sharing my bath products with anyone. I just don't like to share with people who steal from me. I put my products under the sink all the way in the back, and my bottles are gettig empty faster than usual, and ending up wet and out of place. When she got out of the bathroom I asked if she had used my soap, she once again denied it, while sporting my bath product fragrance.

So after that, I was furious so I replaced all my bottles with corn oil that looks just like the real stuff, and this morning, once again after she left the bathroom, my bottles were soaked,and misplaced again. I wonder how she liked the new body and face wash? I took her thong sandals and cut them 3/4 through so that when she walks, they will break and hopefully scraped her toes. I then find a few of her outfits and give them to goodwill.

So yea, I know, overboard right? but what would you do? I am so furious with her that I just lost it and went down to her level. I feel bad not for what I did to her, but the act of what I did. keep in mind there are many other things that she does that pisses me off such as locking the door right before I get to the door, and fighting with her bf(a whole different story) on her new cell phone, and when she doesnt pick up her cell phone, he calls the house so the whole family has to deal with it while she stays in her room and makes my mom answer the phone. The bastard will constantly call the house for literally hours late at night. I am just venting, but any comments or suggestions would help. I have also tried to talk to her and the family about it, but everyone seems ok with the situation, they think its a game.

 

It is your sister, but those pranks are relatively harmless and well-done. Unless of course she breaks her ankle because of broken flip-flops.

 

Well it is very unfortunate that you had to stoop down to her level. However, I would have been very tempted to do the same. Is she not financially capable to purchase her own clothes and what not? Or do you think she just takes your stuff because she likes the feeling?

she is perfectly capable of buying her own clothes, in fact I am the reason she started buying my style of clothes. I don't mind that she gets the same brand as me, I just don't want her stealing my crap. It's unfornute though, we were getting pretty close, and now I wont say a word to her. I hope she realizes that all she needs to do is apologize so we can start being brother and sister again.

By the way, I got the idea for the sandal thing because it happend to me the other day. It happend while i was walking my dog, and halfway home, the thong sandal ripped in two; I was soo pissed that I had to walk the rest of the way home with one bare foot (very ghetto looking). I hope she gets in a similar position.

My corn oil idea was for her to bathe in it, in hopes of having her skin break out in pimples. She has really good skin, so a nice layer of acne over her body would be a nice forcefully induced karma.

I have since changed all my locks and leave nothing out side of my rooms for fear of counter revenge. I will no longer seek any further revenge unless of course, she really pisses me off again.

 

Some people just gotta learn the hard way. She will soon realize. Just curious, whats the age gap between you 2?

 

im 22 and she is 19. She always hung around the neighborhood low life kids, but I always thought she was different; i guess not. I tried to be a good brother, but I don't know what to do, she is at the age where she needs to start realizing that her actions now will affect her future. At least she gets good grades......

 

She sounds just like my brother and he's 17. All the people he's hung out turned him into an ego-maniac. He has his pride and ego shoved so far up his ass its not funny. We used to be like that back in the day but she will learn sooner or later
