Default Rice

What is the actual definition you guys give to 'RICE'

Is it any after market add on stuff, or just nasty over the top stuff?

Is this Rice?

That S2000 is not too bad.... but... those wheels are probably pretty heavy and possibly not even staggered.... so they may reduce the car's capabilities rather than enhance. it looks nice lowered and the exhaust looks like an HKS which is good enough....

I think of rice as a big huge wing, red 4 point harnesses, mirror tint, rain guards on the windows, spray can painted dash vents, huge tach on the dash, a-pillar guages, a-pillar mounted fire extinguisher.....with a big fart pipe.... and maybe a body kit....all on an automatic transmission honda civic.

This is domestic rice.

although I hate the term, I define rice as a car having WAY too many lines as seen above.

Everyone has a different opinion of rice. Im more open minded. As long as you have painted bumpers "not primor" and the car looks somewhat tasteful, its not rice.

Yeah its lowered on Eibach pro springs, it is an HKS. Its got a MUZ snorkle too.
The wheels are heavier than stock but in the UK there isnt much choice on wheels unless you want to import, when i went for mine there was only a choice of 3, i chose the ones that looked best IMO.

What do you mean stepped? they are fronts 18x8 and rears 18x9.

Loads more grip and coupled with the uprated suspension its much better the twistie stuff.

rice= making the car look way not normal..although it's a subjective interpretation....I think in America here people were way too influenced by the fast and the furious movies and took it to another level!
