Grew up in the 80's and early 90's with his music and the guy is a legend like it or not. An enigma as a person (not a fan of how he conducted himself after the Pepsi accident) for sure, but to deny his significant contributions to the music world is ignorant.
Only the younger generation doesn't know or appreciate MJ's contribution to the music culture. I don't care much about his personal life. The accusations about him were just...accusations.

This was a rhyme us kids in elementary school used to say about MJ back in the day.
I pledge allegiance to the flag
That Michael Jackson is a fag
Diet Pepsi burned him up
Now he's drinking 7-Up

It's really sad when someone with as much influence in the music world passes away and all anyone can talk about is pedophile this pedophile that.... Man grow up. I don't agree with his actions but I will be damned if I don't remember what he was really like. Watching him on stage as I was growing up and listening to his music had an impact.
Think about it, "Heal the World", "Black or White" those 2 songs right there had such a huge impact on not just the music world but on society itself. The man was an Icon. Remember him as such. Leave the childish comments on honda-tech.
