not that i am a believer but the guy was never convicted of anything.
how about we just recognize that he was arguably THE greatest entertainer of all time and without him music and entertainment today would not be the same.

The music was great, I will always remember it and assure that my children get to experience it. But the great Michael Jackson..... the "Icon" died when his last album came out. After that he was simply a creepy pedophile.

How about the fact that the man admitted in interviews that he found nothing wrong with sleeping with little boys? That doesn't clue you in on anything?

His interviews were bizarre and weird, from the look all the way to his body language. Guess it was too much for him to go from King of Pop to an accused child molester/pedophile.
Dude was so in debt it aint even funny. This tour was to get some funds going and help him feel better about himself.

You've been a member on s2ki for less than 100 days. You come in to OT and criticize a lot of posts. I'm only joking of course... but really man. This is OT. Lighten up.

I'm not making a big deal about it.... but I thought this was a forum, and being a forum people were to post their thoughts and ideas. Criticism is a part of life but you are the one criticizing something... someone for something that hasnt been proven and that you have no proof of. I posted my thought on that and now you are attacking me like some high school kid who feels he has to prove something. (ie: who cares how long I have been a member?) I have no bad feelings towards you.. but dont tell me to lighten up when it is clear that you are the one who needs to lighten up. THIS IS OT..... which means we are not here to talk about political issues so lets keep it out of the thread. Even the first post said "This thread is to pay tribute to the King of Pop, so don't turn it into a political or racist thread." Im not the one who brought the issue to the post, and Im done discussing it now so if you MUST have the last word go ahead.
Fellas,
I can see there are many MJ fans, and just as many haters out there also. To the haters, give it a rest. The guy is gone. They say when a guy is gone from this world, their sins are gone with it. I certainly won't waste my time to judge him and question what he did. Let the big man up top do his job when MJ stands before him with his life story.
Let's just give him proper credits to his contribution to not just the pop culture, but to the culture as a whole, because we all know he didn't just affected pop only. The rest, like I said, leave it to the big man.
