I love it! I go with my girlfriend once a week. Awesome excercise and heaps of fun. It's more about knowing how to climb than just having strength so it's more technical than most people think.

I climb 5-6 times a week. I suppose you could consider me a gym rat. I dont get on the walls that often and tend to stick to bouldering. I climb outside occasionally as well but find myself in the gym much more often.

I have only been once and want to go some more, but I have a question.. I would be going by myself, because everyone I know are sloths. Is it ok to go by yourself? I mean, is it likely that you'll find others there that want to pair up?

I haven't done it in a while but I love to do it. It's definitely more about technique than skill...unless you're doing an overhang hand-over-hand without bracing yourself with your feet.

It's great fun - good workout (hard on the fingers and forearms!) and can be competitive too.

Yarr...

I climb as well, have been for about a year and a half. Go to gym 3 times a month and climb at our local state park multiple times a week when weather is nice.

Mucho fun-o
