PS..I think there needs to be a hard cap like in the NFL. The luxury tax is bunk.

 

The knock against the Twins is that they are too frugal when it comes time to re-up key players. That's why Hunter is going to walk this year and Santana next year. The Twins have done a good job managing a small payroll in a relatively small market, but I don't like the way they operate when it comes to their top guys.
