Romanian license plate......now that's a question!!!!
While doing some work in Constanta, Romania, I was exchanging some currency and spotted this plate. It is legit. I guess some things don't make it through the translation. Enjoy!

This isn't altered. In Romania the first letters of the plate are the cities abbreviation and the two numbers and letters are random. There is a city south of Constanta that begins with IS. I don't remember the name of it. If your really zoom in on the picture you will see that it isn't photoshopped. I took the photo and posted it because I thought it was funny. I don't appreciate being called a liar.
in Taiwan a few years back, Taxis were required to have special plates (3 letters of alphabet plus 3 numbers), someone from the city council noted the following:
DIE-444 (4 sounds like "death" in Madarin Chinese)
FUK-xxx
SHT-xxx
SUK-xxx
and a variety of possibilities. Well, after that they smartened up and use a computer system to weed out weird combos
