Thanks for the reality check. Looks like the guy went off while on a group cyn. run. It goes w/o saying that real life hardcore driving is NOTHING like Gran Turismo 3. I hope we all realize this next time we're out on a canyon run, or even at track events. I think it's wise to think this through by forseeing possible consequences before attempting to drive even near your own limits, much less at the borderline.
