I was watching it in Japanese with French sub title.

My 11 year-old saw this with my wife and I, started crying at that point, and didn't stop until we'd been home for a 1/2 hour.

Later that night, I heard him crying as he was going to sleep. I checked on him and he said, "Daddy, I know it was just a volleyball, but it was real to him."

He's forbidden us from renting that movie on DVD, in spite of how much my wife and I want to see it again.
