Naw, not a good idea, you can never be too careful.. just hit the bong before you leave, but leave it behind on your trip

 

I wouldnt do it. I travel to europe a lot, and you really do not want to get caught for this. Europe is much more stict in enforcing the law than the US, so just have your fun in amsterdam, and leave it there......

 

Yea don't do it. Not only are you breaking possession laws (which aren't that big of a deal in MANY west european countries) but you are also breaking customs laws about bringing it between countries. Now THOSE are usually a fairly big deal. Yes, they have dogs at train stations. I saw quite a few in the train station in paris. Yes they would love to snag an american with drugs on him.

I agree with Temeculapd. The big thing is taking it across borders ...... most countries the police can't be bothered to do much about people with a small amount of weed, but the customs officials will happily lock you up for just the smallest amount being taken from one country to another ..... and who are they likely to be checking out the most ?? The people coming from Holland to other countries !!

If you take a ferry from Holland to England for instance, they have sniffer dogs at just about every port, specifically checking for this when each of the ferries come in .... you queue single file to get through the customs area with at least one, sometimes two dogs being walked up and down the lines of people .....
