ya know how sometimes we try to imagine situations......and ive actually tried to set this one up in my head before. damnnnnnn did i not have the flying piece of whatever going THAT fast.....like in my scenario i always think i can avoid it (of course not). painful reality! glad dude is alive

I once was driving on the 210 freeway in my 00 S2000 with the top down. Out of the corner of my eye I say a big, heavy gauge metal pipe flying right at my head. I heard a loud metal-on-metal BANG! and my car moved over half a lane. I thought "Shit, I've just been sideswiped!" but there was no other car. I pulled over and the pipe had hit one of my alloy wheels, taking a silver dollar sized chunk out of one of my spokes. A little higher and it would have taken off my head or penetrated my door and stomach.

 

anyone besides myself wonder why the dude was recording to start with?

my thoughts during the video.. (in this order)

-whys he filming
-boring
-will somthing happen already
-15 second left, somthing has to happen soon
-10 seconds
-holly shit! did that really just happen!

 

I usually start recording or ask my passenger to with my cell if I see someone doing stupid shit or driving drunk.
