I recently bought a MR-2 Turbo ENGINE from the Junk Yard...I check the VIN on Carfax, it says that the car was Salvage back in 1996. So the engines been sitting there for 4 years, does that do any kind of harm to the engine? After I swap it into the car, should I go to the dealer and flush or just changing the motor oil?

I think I'd be doing a rebuild. The bores are probably coated in rust after four years.
