California Culinary Academy

Don't know anything about the school, but I was bored and did a search for you. Might wanna search that site for info about it, you can also request info from them if you haven't already. You might also wanna try Embark I think you have to register for it, but its free so you might as well, they most likely will have some info on the school too.

my brother is going to be a culinary chef. there is a culinary class in the art institue the classes i assume are pretty much like regular classes i took a tour in there before it looked like a regular class with more "hands on" activities i saw them cutting a chicken, making foods etc...the good thing about being a chef in college is u dont gotta pay for food! good luck

depends on what u call good, some make probably 45k a year. if money is your main concern maybe it isnt the job for you . while on the other hand if you become really succesful like they guy on your name you're probably going to rake in the dough

I had contacted the CCA earlier on. This is what happens. Once you express interest, they assign you an advisor. The advisor then tries to sell you on the school. They invite you in for a free tour and lunch. I didn't go to the tour, because my advisor was giving me a really hard sell. Otherwise, seems to have nice people. tuition is stiff though. I think it was 45K for a 15 month program, but my memory's vague.

nope, I opted not to go. I went into marketing instead. Now I push paper, and not chicken. Sometimes I regret it, but I'm still young, so I figure, I can spend soem time in corporate america first. The pay and hours are definitely better.
