You cant write a traffic ticket and get $$$$ from this, you have to do actual police work and anyone with a gun is too much for a cop to handle when they can go push around citizens who dont pull guns.

Im sure when the dispatcher radios shit like this, all the pigs instantly pull over the first car they see so they can act like heros.... "Ya I woulda busted that shooters ass like a bitch, but this SPEEDER was endangering lives" ya 46 in a 45 is a horrible crime
