Can someone explain to me what they're about? I'm not looking for a debate but an explanation and philosophy of this group...

In all seriousness, Scientology (not a religion) is a way of life derived from paganism, in which all is believed to have a scientific meaning rather than a "god" meaning. Scientology also is very vague....for example....I read a book about it and this was one of the examples used.....

How can in life something not be as it seems, take bamboo....its a stick thats hollow, and light, but yet incredibly strong....WHY?(scientology part)

These kinds of examples are used to assimilate real life situations, So basically, when you turn for answers, there is a "scientific answer". Scientology also has many branches, the most well known one is Kabbala (madonna is a big member of this)

I personally find it a little crazy.....but hey......

Hope that explained some of it......its amazingly confusing, and most of it doesnt make much sense, but if you have any more specifid questions, let me know.....
