I call baloney.
I would probably be considered scrawny, but love a good cacauphany.
House shaking thunder, giant booms. Awesome. I once sat at a military firning range and watched a group of M1 tanks fire, it was cool.
Sounds to me like somebody hornswaggled the feds out of money to do a lame study and then came up with a goofy premise to prove. It was a sample size of 50. Not great science if you ask me.
