My friend and I were talking over lunch. With all the mods he and I've put on our cars, aren't we picking up more guys than girls? Do you think girls would actually go out with you if you sported a Porsche or Ferrari? I mean seriously... have you ever picked up a chick with your car???

I have never "picked up chicks" with my cars, however, I don't think I have ever been in situtations where that might apply. I believe it to be more of an urban myth or movie hype than anything else. My wife is pretty low key like myself so having some kind of "bling-bling" ride really didn't matter when we met (her car was 10 times nicer than mine!) having a nice or cool car is all about what you want - not what "chicks" want. I have never picked up a chick w/my car.

 

In the 15 months of ownership, I have picked up 1 girl with the car.

One of my buddies told me that when he drove around with his friend in a f350 spyder the most attention they got was from guys.

That being said, I have picked up girls with a car. When i was in HS I had a porsche 944 and when we hung out in the parking lot, we were able to pick up girls because it was one of the cooler cars out there.

Exactly like Raj, I had an F328 in HS, picked up tonnes of chicks back then..

Now that I'm older, if I chick is more interested in the car I drive then who I am, she can go **** herself.

 

what is an f350 spyder??? i know of the ferrari 355 spyder, and the 360 spyder, but no 350??

 

 

The f350 spyder is the improper name of the f360 spyder I meant to refer to.
