I just saw a person who was slightly injured when that stupid old man killed 10+ people in San Fran last year...... she now is suffering from "Severe post dramatic stress disorder".

Is she just planting the seed for a lawsuit, or would someone actually have some kind of flashbacks.... she made it a point to say "SEVERE"...... all this girl did was jumped out of the way and hit her shoulder on a van......and somehow a table ended up on her.... maybe she saw others get killed and is flashing back???

I got hit by a car that ran a stop sign when i was 15......thrown through an intersection.... taken by ambulance, etc...... I never had any stress disorders.... i got better, they bought me a new bike and life went on (no lawsuit either).....

The dumbass old man is claiming he is innocent.... WTF!!!!! He killed 10+ and injured something like 40 more..... they should kill him with paper cuts and salt!

I still think they should be put in on the grounds that if it happened once, society can't afford or allow it to happen again... someone have a good argument against this? I'm not saying it's well thoguht out.. I tend to not want to dedicate much thought to this kinda thing but if you wanna post something up.. I might read it.

Don't know anything about this particular case, but post traumatic stress disorder is recognized as a real psychological illness, so it could possibly be legitimate.

the girl on the tv looked fine....... I am always skeptical of stuff like this.... maybe my mind is stronger than others...... I also got shot at a bar where I worked when I was 18 years old...... I never had a nightmare about it.... they removed the lead, I got better and life goes on........

I could see if you were held captive as a POW and tortured, but just watching some old guy mow over people would not lead me to any disorder.....unless I would become rich...

it was kind of funny.... she "may" need an operation on her knee..... hell it has been 6 months... she should know by now if she needs an operation.......

In my opinion she got on TV to attempt to make it seem like hell......

I realize there are people with mental problems (i should be one..ahah), but not when it is something of the nature that this particular person was involved.... sure if her husband had his head squashed right in front of her... I could see that being hard to get over..... but a bruised shoulder certainly isn't worth much $

...... fry that old man!!!

ya thats pretty f'in ridiculous. There's girls out there getting raped/sexually abused/father abuse. THAT could induce some serious post traumatic stress disorder. That woman should consider herself lucky to still be on this earth, and should live everyday like she was reborn. She obviously has some serious mental problems, but PTSD isn't one of them.
