She is doing "role call" and seeing who is still there as a source of attention when needed.
Women also send text for the soul purpose of wanting to receive text. It makes them feel important and actually not responding immediately is probably what she wants. She wants to be "surprised" at the timing of your response. I.E. with friends, with a boyfriend...with who ever.
Leave it be... Seriously..... Your wasting your time and effort. This girls got you twisted when your doing things on purpose that your personality wouldn't normally do. Why would you want to be with someone who does that to you?
