Just a little side note on NB sneakers... (I have a friend who's family owns the local franchise/store by me)

NB makes models that are available out their franchise stores and those at the big box retailers (Sports Authority, Dick's, whoever else is local to you). In some cases, the same model number can be made in two configurations, one for each. I don't know what the local specialty/running stores get.

He's told me the way to tell the difference is to hold the toe and heal and bend the sneaker. If the arch stays rigid- the only bend happens near the toes, you have the franchise version. If it bends at the arch, you have the big box version and a less specific product (you have a mass market product). That's why you see the difference of 40, 50 or more dollars for those sold at a NB store.

Just tested...bends @ the toes

At the store, the sales guy said he'd give him $10 the $145 price tag, we found them for $120 online.

Partial to Sof Sole Airr Orthotic inserts myself, they reduced a lot of the ankle/knee/hip pain I had when running with other insoles.
