Default Should I mod my s2k

I am in sales and doing pretty well. Have made over 25k in the past 2 1/2 months. Spent alot though put 8000 down for my S2000. Had to do a complete brake job on my dads car. Had to pay court fees because when I was under 21 I got a drinking citation. Also had to get a clutch job for the S2000 which isnt cheap. Now I am wondering if I should mod my s2000. I have been playing around with turbo charging it. Or just doing a sick NA engine. Keeping the car NA will cost me too much though and I'll end up with nothing.

In the other hand my other choice is. Save my money and buy an M5. I always wanted an M5 driven a few around. I kind of got the S2000 to build credit but then started toying around with it. I love the freaking car but I do need another car. I drove convertible E46 M3 and wow next to the S it feels like crap. Recently though I have come accross health problems. We have a history for diabities in my family. My grandma, dad and mom have it. Mines is more serious then theirs though because I'm a heavy drinker. At clubs I get drinks that are high in sugar so getting my sugar to come down has been an issue. I discovered this on my 21st birthday which was july 20th. I had plans to move out but now I dont want to do that. I'm sick so I think its best that I stay home with my family. My mom is a doctor so she wants me close to her. Plus in our culture you dont move out until your married or pretty much 24 or 25. I have a cousin who just got out of med school and still lives with his dad. Heh being persian and hispanic I am part of 2 cultures that are very family oriented.

Sorry to hear you are sick, i also have had a few health problems. my two pence: You only live once so if building a mental blown s2000 will make you happy then go ahead with it. Personally i would be sinking my money into property and trying to move away from the parents. this was always my prime objective. not because i didn't get on but because i wanted to stand on my own two feet. having a nice car like an s2000 and living with mum and dad would take the shine off it.
The s2000 is a great car as it is. I was thinking about lowering my s2000 and putting some nice wheels on it however i realised that i actually prefered the new s2000 and sinking money into my car would have been money wasted. a set of wheels, slightly lowered and a k&n filter would make it the perfect car for me. i already had the OEM spoilers.

Yeah I have plenty of money to move out but dont feel comfy at this moment. I have to take shots, watch what I eat, take my blood all the time. I just dont feel right being alone in a house right now. It was my main goal before I got sick. Right now its not the best thing for me to do though.

appropriate picture above ^^^

- I already know too much about you, but here it goes....If you are having health issues don't you think it would be smart to save some money in case you need to take time off of work? Also, If you make good money buy a home, even if you have a nice car with plenty of mods you are still living with your parents.

Hey, make sure you live only for the day. Never EVER put a little aside for tomorrow. Forget about a 401k or a company sponsored pension. Live it up now since you are making the big bucks! That's the important thing! The diabetes will probably kill you shortly anyway since you don't care about diet and exercise.

Man if what you're saying is true, stop drinking.

This coming from another 21 year old.

Being that you make "so much money," - I'd invest it in area's that are going to net you a healthy return. Dumping a ton of money into cars is a lot of fun, but you'll never see any of that money again.
