Okay, I knew g = gauge, and now that you mention what P.A. stands for, I know what that is, too, but I don't know what "nipple shields" are.

As far as I know, I was the only male nurse ever to teach the breast-feeding class to new Moms at the Hollywood Kaiser-Permanente facility.

I'm the kind of person that loves a challenge! By the way, the Moms thought I was hilarious (and a great teacher)!
